Bed bugs are an absolute nightmare! I always check the mattresses at hotels for those little guys to make sure I’m not taking home any unwanted souvenirs. At the same time, glad it was nothing more serious. Onto the next month!

MDD, sorry to hear about all of the issues. Bed bugs are horrendous. I have lived in apartments with bed bug infestations and it was nightmarish experience.

On the dividends side of things, 8.2% YoY growth is solid. Keep up the good work and wishing you all the best, my friend.
