What a month! You’re closing in on that four figure amount. You’ll be there soon enough. Restructurings can be tough, but I’m sure you weighed the short-term trade-offs with the long term positives and it was a no-brainer decision. Keep up the great work!

In reply to Money Hungry. Hi Money Hungry! Yeah, ARCC has been a huge dividend powerhouse in my portfolio. I have owned ARCC since 2016 and collected over $2,400 in dividends from them since then. I can relate to your experience, when I buy a stock the price goes lower the next day lol. It's impossible to predict what the market will do. Thanks for your comment! :)

My goodness that is quite a payment from Ares Capital. I will have to do some research as I don’t know much about the company, but you sure seem to have some faith in them. I’ve often thought about doing your strategy and stop the drip so I can make my purchases manually. It seems every time I’m due for a payout the stock goes up a little bit =P Very similar to every time I make a purchase the stock price drops afterwards…hmmm. Congrats on a great month!
