That dividend payer list is getting long, MDD! If it grows much more I won’t be able to see them all on my screen without scrolling. 🙂
Even better… record income! I haven’t seen double-digit YoY growth in a few months, so I’ll have to envy your progress.
We shared 7 dividend payers in March. I kind of expected more given the big list. Just goes to show how many wonderful companies are paying dividends.
Keep doing your thing, as it’s producing terrific results.
Sorry to hear about the rent increase. Back-to-back years with 10% increases doesn’t sound fun… unless we are talking dividends, of course.

Good job, congrats on passing the $250,000 mark. My Merrill Edge account passed that this month. I’ll be just as stocked when the TSP account hits $100,000. Lots of good companies paying you. Keep it up.
