In reply to JC. Thanks JC! I was sure glad I still made it over $12K after the T cut. Now that I made some new purchases, I have an even larger buffer. First quarter was pretty strong, and I am hoping for an ever better second quarter! :)

The cut from T definitely hurt once it finally came, but like you said it wasn’t exactly a surprise. Congrats on a great March! That $1.6k+ in dividends sure is nice. And I especially like that you’re still up over $12k in forward dividends even after the cut from T. Hitting that $1k per month of dividends is a great accomplishment and we’re slowly working our way there for our primary account although we’re well over that level when looking at retirement accounts too.
