In reply to JC. Thanks JC! Yeah, I can imagine the additional expense of having a house and kids lol. If I had kids my savings rate would probably be nonexistent. Great job on still achieving a 20-50% savings rate! That's incredible! :D

That’s fantastic MDD! You’re well on your way to FI with that much expense coverage already. I yearn for the days when my monthly expenses were that low, unfortunately buying a house and having 3 kids puts a bit of a damper on that. Still though we’re doing well on our savings rate regularly coming in between 20-50%. That’s a big range but our income and expenses are quite variable.

In reply to Mr. Robot. Yes, it feels great. I am covering above 50% of my expenses each month with dividend income. Next stop is 100% and financial independence! It is great to focus on the dividend totals as well. Eventually, it all turns out well. Thanks for stopping by! :)
