Thanks Mr.Robot! I estimate 18 months minimum until dividends cover all my monthly expenses or maybe 2 years at max. I am also trying to factor in the T dividend cut that is coming (and possibly a few smaller cuts as well). But in about a year and a half I will be there or very close. This is awesome! 😀
