Hey, MDD! Well, a slightly negative YoY growth and a dip in forward dividend income doesn’t sound too good, but you also raked in over $650 in dividends and notched that nice AFL raise to balance that out.
Those T and OHI dividends really packed a punch for you this month – about 60% of your total. Take those two out of the equation and the other dividends look fairly evenly distributed.
Stock prices are looking frothy these days, but there is usually something on sale… we just have to find those bargains.

Hey MDD, as usual we share 6 companies paying us this month. I also received the Pfizer spinoff so that’s always nice. Looks like you a solid month despite the decrease compared to last year.
