Great analogy MDD that highlights the benefits of passive income. Congrats on the pay raise. I should be getting one myself sometime in the summer along with a bonus – the combination of which will help me purchase another house this year. But saving and investing is the name of the game and it sounds like you’re putting both raises to good use.
