July 2025 Dividend Income

The summer is just about half way over and it is time to post my July 2025 Dividend Income!

Summer has been nice so far (a few extreme heat waves aside).

I have just been chilling outside and enjoying as much of the sunshine as possible.

All the while, my money is working hard for me behind the scenes.

That’s the beauty of dividend investing!

In addition, I made some new stock purchases earlier in July.

July 2025 Dividend Income

But without further ado, for July 2025, I received $873.36 in dividend income from 16 stocks!

• STWD – $171.36
• GSK – $24.35
• ITW – $40.50
• CAH – $22.98
• EMN – $52.29
• GPC – $51.50
• PPL – $34.06
• CSCO – $45.10
• BEN – $38.40
• MDT – $58.93
• JPM – $39.20
• O – $106.26
• MPW – $72.00
• SYY – $28.62
• KO – $44.88
• MRK – $42.93

July 2025 Dividend Income Total: $873.36

Sweet start to the summer! Next July should see me well over $900!

This month shows a 9.4% year over year increase in growth from July 2024.

No quite double-digit growth, but close enough!

Overall, I am pleased with my with month’s dividend income and now onto dividend raises!

Dividend Raises

And now, without further ado, here are my dividend increases from July 2025!

• NNN increased dividend to $0.60 per share, resulting in a $9.12 increase.
• SJM increased dividend to $1.10 per share, resulting in a $3.44 increase.
• DUK increased dividend to $1.065 per share, resulting in a $3.52 increase.
• BAC increased dividend to $0.28 per share, resulting in a $11.52 increase.
• WFC increased dividend to $0.45 per share, resulting in a $19.80 increase.

All in all, dividend increases for July 2025 totaled: $47.40

That is 5 pay raises this past month!

Every little bit helps. Small amounts add up big over time!

Step by step and dollar by dollar, these raises help me achieve financial freedom!

As of this post, my portfolio is set to generate $16,626.17 in dividend income over the next 12 months.
