January 2026 Dividend Income

Wow, the first month of 2026 is over and it is time to post my January 2026 dividend income!

It was a really cold month with a blizzard at the end of it.

Honestly, I didn’t really do much outdoors this month. It was way too cold.

Instead, I upped my workout game indoors and increase my reading. Never good to stagnate. Got to keep improving mind and body.

Financially speaking, it was an exciting month!

I crossed $600K in net worth for the first time ever!

Next, I made some new stock purchases that pushed me up a rank in my 2026 yearly goals!

Lastly, there was this month’s dividend income! Let’s get to it!

 

January 2026 Dividend Income

But without further ado, for January 2026, I received $955.97 in dividend income from 17 stocks!

• GSK – $24.25
• ITW – $43.47
• CAH – $22.98
• EMN – $52.92
• GPC – $51.50
• PPL – $34.06
• CSCO – $45.10
• BEN – $39.60
• MDT – $58.93
• JPM – $42.00
• O – $106.65
• MPW – $81.00
• SYY – $49.14
• MRK – $45.05
• PEP – $54.06
• FRT -$33.90

January 2026 Dividend Income Total: $955.97

We are starting off the year with nearly $1K in dividends! Sweet!

This month shows a 18.3% year over year increase in growth from January 2025.

Oh yeah! Starting off the year with massive double-digit growth!

In addition, I received my first payment from FRT! Here’s to many more!

Now on to dividend raises!

 

Dividend Raises

And now, without further ado, here are my dividend increases from January 2026!

• BLK increased dividend to $5.73 per share, resulting in a $12.48 increase.
• ED increased dividend to $0.85 per share, resulting in a $15.75 increase.
• APD increased dividend to $1.81 per share, resulting in a $0.88 increase.
• CVX increased dividend to $1.78 per share, resulting in a $8.40 increase.
• VZ increased dividend to $0.7075 per share, resulting in a $11.27 increase.

All in all, dividend increases for January 2026 totaled: $48.78

That is 5 pay raises this past month!

Every little bit helps. Small amounts add up big over time!
