Time to post my July 2026 Dividend income!
Hard to believe, but half of summer is over. It really does go too fast.
Aside from a few unbearable heat waves, summer has been quite pleasant so far and I am enjoying the outdoors.
I started off the month with new stock buys adding over $200 in new dividend income!
In terms of my 2026 Goals, I achieved the rank of Prince by crossing $18,300 in projected annual dividends!
The dividends are coming in nicely. And dividend raises have been great this July!

But without further ado, for July 2026, I received $1,046.26 in dividend income from 19 stocks!

Great way to finish July – over $1K in dividends!
This month shows a 19.8% year over year increase in growth from July 2025.
Woah! That is amazing double digit growth! I didn’t realize it was such a large jump from last year.
This is why I love tracking my investments each month. The dividend raises this month were also really good! Here we go!
Dividend Raises
And now, without further ado, here are my dividend increases from July 2026!
- NNN increased dividend to $0.62 per share, resulting in a $9.12 increase.
- DUK increased dividend to $1.085 per share, resulting in a $4.72 increase.
- SJM increased dividend to $1.12 per share, resulting in a $4.88 increase.
- OHI increased dividend to $0.68 per share, resulting in a $10.00 increase.
- BAC increased dividend to $0.32 per share, resulting in a $23.04 increase.
- WFC increased dividend to $19.80 per share, resulting in a $4.88 increase.
All in all, dividend increases for July 2026 totaled: $56.64
That is 6 pay raises this past month!
Every little bit helps. Small amounts add up big over time!
