Gosh, summer is nearly at an end and it is time to post my August 2025 dividend income!
I am feeling sad to see summer go.
We barely had a Spring with so much cold and rainy weather and now the warm weather is nearing its end.
Maybe it is because I lived in New York all my life, but I am finding the cold weather increasingly intolerable.
At the same time, I am excited for September as quarter ending months are my best month for dividends!
August 2025 Dividend Income
But without further ado, for August 2025, I received $905.07 in dividend income from 11 stocks.
- T – $ 167.89
- OHI – $167.50
- PG – $48.61
- O – $106.26
- GIS – $62.22
- ABBV – $73.80
- VZ – $109.08
- GD – $21.00
- NNN – $68.40
- TXN – $39.44
- SBUX – $40.87
August 2025 Dividend Income Total: $905.07
Another mid-quarter month over $900 in dividends!
This month shows a 4.7% year over year increase in growth from August 2024.
A smaller increase, but I will happily take it! Moving in the right direction!
Not a whole lot of activity this month and that includes the dividend raises.
Dividend Raises
And now, without further ado, here are my dividend increases from August 2025!
- ITW increased dividend to $1.61 per share, resulting in a $11.88 increase.
All in all, dividend increases for August 2025 totaled: $11.88
Only 1 pay raise this past month.
Every little bit helps. Small amounts add up big over time!
