Time to post my August 2021 dividend income! Hard to believe it but summer is almost over. For some reason, it felt like August went by super-fast whereas July went by more slowly. Maybe because there was more happening for me in July then August. In any event, the highlight of the month was that I crossed the $400K mark in net worth. Another great milestone achieved. In addition, I made a slight tweak to my portfolio with a recent sell and buy. But without further ado, for August 2021, I received $712.91 in dividend income from ten (10) companies.

- PG – $28.70
- O – $44.27
- GIS – $52.02
- ABBV – $42.90
- VZ – $77.81
- GD – $16.66
- NNN – $22.26
August 2021 Dividend Income Total: $712.91
Locked in another $700 plus month! This month’s dividend income shows a 15% year over year increase from August 2020. Not bad considering this is my “off” month. An “off” month is when I get paid the least amount of dividend income from the least number of companies. Also, this was the first time I received a dividend payment from NNN. In addition, with my recent sale earlier this month, this was the last payment I will receive from SRLP. But now onto dividend increases!

- ITW increased dividend to $1.22 per share resulting in a $4.80 increase.
- GSK maintained dividend, however, currency fluctuations resulted in a $4.85 increase.
All in all, dividend increases for August 2021 totaled $9.65!
Thus, this concludes my August 2021 Dividend Income. I will be fully reloaded to make some new stock purchases by late this September. Things are moving along smoothly. My portfolio is now set to generate $11,770 in dividend income over the next 12 months. It is becoming increasingly likely that I will hit the $12K dividend milestone this year. That would be awesome! I continue to work on achieving my goals and continue to grow my dividend income each year. It is onwards to the $12K milestone as I continue to build my dividend dynasty!
