Half way through summer and it is time to post my July 2023 dividend income!
July was a pretty fun month.
I started off July with multiple stock purchases which added $191.76 to my annual dividend income.
This pushed me over the $14K mark in yearly dividend income!
Thus, a new milestone was achieved!
Other than that, it was just relaxing and enjoying the summer!
July 2023 Dividend Income
But without further ado, for July 2023, I received $855.91 in dividend income from fourteen (14) companies!
- MPW – $261.00
- STWD – $171.36
- GSK – $20.21
- ITW – $19.65
- CAH – $22.53
- LEG – $72.22
- EMN – $33.97
- GPC – $33.25
- PPL – $30.00
- CSCO – $26.13
- BEN – $36.00
- MDT – $33.12
- JPM – $28.00
- O – $68.47

Another good month!
This year’s dividend income shows a 2.4% growth increase in year over year growth from last July 2022.
Not exactly double digits, but I will take it!
Best of all, was the numerous dividend raises this July!
Dividend Raises
And now, without further ado, here are my dividend increases from July 2023!
- DUK increased dividend to $1.025 per share, resulting in a $2.72 increase.
- SJM increased dividend to $1.06 per share, resulting in a $4.48 increase.
- NNN increased dividend to $0.565 per share, resulting in a $4.38 increase.
- BAC increased dividend to $0.24 per share, resulting in a $11.52 increase.
- WFC increased dividend to $0.35 per share, resulting in a $20.60 increase.
All in all, dividend increases for July 2022 totaled: $43.70
I love all the increases! The star of the month was WFC with its 16.7% dividend raise!
Every little bit helps. Step by step and dollar by dollar, these raises help me achieve financial freedom!

I am getting closer to my next major milestone of $15,000 in annual dividend income!
As of this post, my portfolio is set to generate $14,201 in dividend income over the next 12 months. Moving right along and strong!
