And just like that, it is time to post my May 2025 dividend income!
Financially, it was a really great month for me.
I was called into the boss’s office mid-way through the month and told to sit down.
Uh-oh. But then I was told I was getting a $7,000 pay raise!
This was in addition to a $3,000 pay raise that I knew I was getting at the end of the month.
So yeah, that is $10k in additional income (before taxes)!
That means more money to save and invest! The journey to financial freedom just sped up quiet a bit now! This is great!
Other then that, it has been a rainy and colder month then I would have liked, but I was still able to enjoy the outdoors.
May 2025 Dividend Income
But without further ado, for May 2025, I received $901.57 in dividend income from 11 stocks.
- T – $167.89
- OHI – $167.50
- PG – $48.61
- O – $106.06
- GIS – $61.20
- ABBV – $73.80
- VZ – $109.08
- GD – $21.00
- NNN – $66.12
- TXN – $39.44
- SBUX – $40.87
May 2025 Dividend Income Total: $901.57
Nice for a mid-quarter month!
This month shows a 13.6% year over year decrease in growth from May 2024.
How did that happen? Because stocks that paid this month last year paid out a different month this year.
This means no money was lost, just transferred to other months.
Now, on to dividend increases!
Dividend Raises
And now, without further ado, here are my dividend increases from May 2025!
- PEP increased dividend to $1.4225 per share, resulting in a $10.26 increase.
- CAH increased dividend to $0.5107 per share, resulting in a $0.92 increase.
- MDT increased dividend to $0.71 per share, resulting in a $3.32 increase.
- LYB increased dividend to $1.37 per share, resulting in a $6.00 increase.
All in all, dividend increases for May 2025 totaled: $20.50
That is 4 pay raises this past month!
Every little bit helps. Small amounts add up big over time!
