Holy Cow! Half the year is over and it is time to post my May 2026 Dividend Income!
May was a pretty quiet and tranquil month.
The weather is finally nice and warm. I have been enjoying the outdoors and reading a bunch more.
And that is that. This was probably the most uneventful month of the year.
Summer is coming so things will heat up in a more than figurative way.
In any event, the dividends are still rolling in!
May 2026 Dividend Income
And without further ado, for May 2026, I received $987.22 in dividend income from 12 stocks.
- T – $167.89
- OHI – $167.50
- PG – $79.46
- O – $106.85
- GIS – $62.22
- ABBV – $77.85
- VZ – $113.91
- GD – $30.21
- NNN – $68.40
- TXN – $41.18
- SBUX – $41.54
- APD -$30.21

Very nice month. And very close to $1,000 in dividends!
Next mid-quarter month for sure! Over $1K each month is going to be a norm soon.
This month shows a 9.5% year over year increase in growth from May 2025.
Nice growth from last year! I’ll take it! Now onto the dividend increases!
Dividend Raises
And now, without further ado, here are my dividend increases from May 2026!
- CAH increased dividend to $0.5158 per share, resulting in a $0.91 increase.
- PEP increased dividend to $1.48 per share, resulting in a $10.26 increase.
All in all, dividend increases for May 2026 totaled: $11.17
That is 2 pay raises this past month.
Every little bit helps. Small amounts add up big over time!
