Hooray! My dividend portfolio crossed $500,000 in value!
This past week marks the first time my portfolio closed with a value of over $500K.
I have been actively investing in dividend stocks for 10 years now.
This milestone is the culmination of compound interest and reinvesting those dividends.
I am super happy!
It was back in 2021 that my portfolio first crossed $250,000 in value. Five years later it has officially doubled in value.
In 2022, my portfolio officially surpassed $300K in value.
Then in 2024, my portfolio grew to $400,000 in value.
Today, in 2026, the $500,000 mark has been surpassed. Of course, normal market fluctuations could bring it back down.
But I am in it for the long hall, and we are moving in the right direction.
This is a long-term investing strategy I am pursuing. I can only imagine the potential the decade will bring.
My yearly dividend income, as of this post, is $18,090.57 which averages slightly over $1,500 per month in passive income.
The snowball keeps on growing.
