September 2022 Dividend Income

Summer is over and it is officially the autumn seasons. Now it is time to post my September 2022 dividend income!

September had some pretty nice weather. The heat waves ended and we just plenty of sunny yet cool days.

And what better way to begin a new season then a delicious steak dinner with family and friends? Finished off with some vanilla ice cream!

That was a lot of fun and that steak tasted amazing!

Also, it was pretty cool to watch NASA’s DART mission hit an asteroid with live video feed. Yeah, I can be a science nerd at times.

September 2022 Dividend Income Total: $1,776.64

Awesome! That’s 1776, the year of independence! But seriously, it was a great month for dividend income.

This month shows a 19% year over year increase from last September 2021! I’m thinking by this time next year, I could be seeing a $2k month for the first time.

Now it is time for dividend increases!

Dividend Raises

Without further ado, here are September 2022’s dividend increases!

    • VZ increased dividend to $0.6525 per share, resulting in a $8.05 increase.
    • O increased dividend to $0.248 per share, resulting in a $1.13 increase.
    • LMT increased dividend to $3.00 per share, resulting in a $11.20 increase.

All in all, dividend increases for September 2022 totaled: $20.38

Interestingly, MCD didn’t declare an increase this September. I am imagining (hoping) they declare now in October.

Conclusion

Thus, we conclude my September 2022 Dividend Income.

We have all taken a beating in portfolio value as we enter into the bear market. However, this is a great time to buy great stocks at a discount.

I am ready to buy more and will likely post my recent buys later this week.

So, stay tuned for more as I continue work towards my goals and build my dividend dynasty!

As of this post, my portfolio is set to generate $13,039 in dividend income over the next 12 months. Moving right along.
